Return policy

All our products consist of digital services and/or customized official documents , created according to the information and documentation provided by the client. Due to their customized nature, these services cannot be reused or resold to third parties.

Since this is a personalized service, returns and refunds are not accepted once the work has started , except in the cases described below.

Exception: very serious errors in translation

A review and possible refund can only be requested in the event of very serious errors directly attributable to our translation , understood as such:

• Substantial errors that significantly alter the meaning of the original content.
  
• Significant omissions of information contained in the original document.
  
• Manifestly incorrect translations that invalidate the official use of the document.

The following will not be considered very serious errors:

• Customer terminology preferences.
  
• Changes in criteria after delivery.
  
• Incorrect, incomplete, or illegible information provided by the customer.
  
• Style differences that do not affect the legal or technical meaning of the document.

If the client requests cancellation before the work has started , the case can be evaluated individually. Once the translation process has begun, it will not be possible to cancel the order or request a refund.

We are committed to providing a high-quality service. If the client detects any errors attributable to our team, they may notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery , and we will review and correct the errors in the translation at no additional cost.

The following will not be considered errors:

• Subsequent changes in the client's criteria.
  
• Incorrect or incomplete information initially provided.
  
• Modifications requested after final delivery that alter the original content.
